GREAT SERVICE
Our experience with this company was a good one. I don't remember the guys name who first came to our house to give us a quote. I want to say Mike? He was very upfront and honest with us and took the time to answer our questions. Afterwards once all the papers were signed we got our installation date. Michelle was our project manager and she was great. Very polite and easy to work with. Our installers were also great. They were there on time and done in less than half a day. They made sure before they left that they went over every window with us to make sure they were working properly. Overall it was a good experience. The only tough part was the long delay between the sale and the installation. But I understand that materials are tough to get now. Michelle was very helpful at explaining the delay and keeping us up to date.
