Amazing
I upgraded my windows from single pane to the new energy efficient double pane with gas in between. Everyone involved were very professional and kept me up to date with the whole process. The communication was on point and super easy. I was given a time frame and they were right on time. The installers were amazing and worked around my schedule and installed the windows in the order I wanted them installed to help with my busy house hold. I had ten windows installed and thought it was going to take a couple of days but they were in and out in half of a day. I feel they left the house cleaner than what it was when they arrived. I am super happy with how everything went down and even more happy with the product that they installed. Thank you!!!

Design Windows review
Having called three different window companies Design Windows was the only one to return my call. They quickly set up an appointment the next day and sent out a rep. I was impressed with his knowledge and the samples he brought with him. All was handled quickly and with an upmost professional atmosphere. I was kept updated on the progress at all points from manufacturing to installation. I highly recommend Design Windows and their use of quality Milgard products.
In with the new, energy efficient, quiet, clean
With the impetus of a broken window and recommendations from two friends, we contacted Design Windows & Doors. Joe came out that Saturday wrote up the order and put it in place at the end of November. By the end of January our 12 Milguard windows and 2 sliders were installed; creating a warmer, quieter, energy efficient, more secure, less dusty home! The professional, capable installers, Edgar, Sal and Umberto arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently individually and as a team. We were impressed with their attention to detail, craftsmanship and ability to create and work in an organized workspace. We recommend Design Windows Doors, Inc. without hesitation.
Amazing Job and Customer Service
Design Windows's staff and crew did an amazing job. We were impressed with everyone who took part in this project--from the sales presentation Bill presented to us, and Ray's great customer service, to the final phase of installing the beautiful sliding glass door. Arthur Garcia and Oscar Cosió did their job with great skill and care. They made sure that every single detail met our expectations. The electrical job was a bit of a challenge, but they got it done! I love my new-outdoor light fixture. It was a pleasure meeting with Oscar and Arthur today. They were very professional, prompt and friendly. I would recommend them and Design Windows to anyone who is looking for a great team to do their windows. Thank you so much! It's always a nice day when you make new friends.

The windows are beautiful much better than the ones we purchased prior from another company. If we had more to do would definitely go back to Design Windows and Doors.
VERY PLEASED
Installation was same day, the workers were tidy and cleaned up when they finished. Standing back and looking at the windows they are AWESOME! The color for the outside (brown) matched the painted trim on the existing house and the crisp look of the installation on the inside of the house makes me smile! No mess, just hang my curtains and enjoy! Thank you for a GREAT process.
Great job/
Sal and Edgar did a great job on the installation. They did 9 windows (1 was a patio door) very quickly and professionally. They were courteous and friendly. The cleaned the job site very well. We are extremely pleased. Dealing with the management staff was a breeze. We recommend Design Windows for all you window needs.
Game Changer...
My experience with Design Windows and Doors was stellar... from sales to measurements to order to delivery to installation... Impressive, knowledgeable, professional, clean and very detailed oriented team. Martha was instrumental in keeping me informed on the entire process; communication is key to any project. In terms of quality, Milgard is the standard I'll be sure to endorse in the future... The only challenge I have is that these sliding doors and windows are soooo good, I'll have to spend more money to finish the remainder of my home!
