Delayed Installation
Install was beyond delayed. Talked about one thing on my windows they were installed with out Open tabs then was tried to be nickle and dimes after the install to put them on. Every time I reached a rep in the office they did relay or get someone to call back. Presentation was great..follow up was terrible. The Foreman did a great job on my window to sliding door install. I do not recall his name but he was outstanding! A lot of the windows and my bedroom doors were left with stuff to be cleaned and vacuumed by myself....
