As the product met my expectations so did the installer. Actually Luis and Tony were very exceptional as professionals, knowledgeable and consumer satisfaction. They ran into problems the house presented, informed me ,gave solutions and worked to perfection to resolve the issue. Pre delivery and completion follow up processes were absolutely reassuring that Design Windows took pride in their “commitment to excellence “.
