Amy was truly wonderful to work with. She was very prompt in her responses to our questions, emails, and phone calls. Amy provided updated information on the progress of the project and personally took responsibility to make sure particular issues were addressed to our satisfaction. Oscar was very professional, punctual, and courteous with a keen eye for detail. Oscar was meticulous about keeping the work area clean upon completion of his work.

Very helpful and accommodating. Would be more helpful if salesperson was more familiar with products and installation requirements and techniques. Should be sent out with installation crew to observe, learn, and ask questions and/or tour window manufacturing plants.

The quality of the windows and sliding doors I bought is fantastic. The people who called me were friendly, informative, and they did follow up calls to make sure I am satisfied with the work, workers, and windows/doors. Bill is the greatest. He made my decision, to go ahead and do the job, so easy. GREAT GUYS. They worked hard, worked quickly, and were very friendly. Great. They even vacuumed my carpet in the areas they were working.

Team of professionals!
From the salesman to the installers were total professionals. With a special mention to the installers. Not only a great set of guys, they really listen to our concerns, they left the areas cleaner. Could not have sent a better group of guys.
Delayed Installation
Install was beyond delayed. Talked about one thing on my windows they were installed with out Open tabs then was tried to be nickle and dimes after the install to put them on. Every time I reached a rep in the office they did relay or get someone to call back. Presentation was great..follow up was terrible. The Foreman did a great job on my window to sliding door install. I do not recall his name but he was outstanding! A lot of the windows and my bedroom doors were left with stuff to be cleaned and vacuumed by myself....

Installers were great and did a wonderful job. Fosto was very nice. Installers worked fast and did a premium job. Everything was cleaned up.
