Design Windows and Doors, came in at 5+ stars, do to the fact the product came in about two before they were due. And the process of the installation was smooth and done in one day for eight windows and two sliding doors. They showed my opponents with name brand products and at that time my wife was out of state so the salesperson and I had a video chat with my wife and I to confirm my wife and I were on the same page as what style of windows and doors we wanted and needed for our home. The installation could not have been better, these two guys where the best, above and beyond they adjusted the one door I did not replace. You guys rock. Cleanup was great the installers cleaned as they went, leaving one sign they were here when they left.

Wow! This is a company that stands behind its product and installation. The crew they sent out yesterday was top notch. You could tell the level of experience that they had immediately. They covered any furniture near an installation sight and cleaned up when the job was completed and hauled away the old windows and trash. They vacuumed any debris and cleaned the new windows, all of which were installed perfectly. I've had windows installed in other homes and have never seen such attention to detail. Raul and the entire crew were friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about them! Amy is such a great 'face' of the company. She answered all of my questions and concerns and kept me apprised of scheduling, etc. every step of the way. Thank you Amy! Very easy experience; very knowledgeable salesperson. Financing
Said I wouldn't be charged by finance company until the month following my installation and I was charged month prior so I won't get the full 12 months interest free. It's more like only 10 months so monthly payment will be more.
