I live in the high desert. Not only did I get a visit, but was left with a quote, AND great service with the install. Martha and Amy kept me informed. Worked around projects, dog, and answered all my questions. Were on time, introduced themselves, and promptly went to work. The place is a construction zone... they cleaned up well.

Martha is great she is on top of things. I like the fact that I'm not talking to a machine. Martha has been very helpful on taking care of two problems that I have right now. She's been calling and text messaging to make sure that I'm up to date on what's going on. Very helpful operations project manager! Mike was awesome he made sure that we didn't over pay and gave us the best price and made sure that we got the best windows and sliding doors. The guys were great very respectful and open on what they were doing. They did there best on cleaning up.

Design Windows and Doors provided and absolutely problem free experience from the estimation through the installation. Amazing representatives. They maintained contact from the beginning to the end of project. Friendly and helpful. Very professional and thorough. Explained everything without any pressure. The gentlemen that installed the windows were incredibly professional and polite. They did a fantastic job. When they left there was no evidence they had been here except for the stunning new windows. They did it all.
