Everything turned out as expected. We replaced 18 windows and 2 sliding doors.The team was on time and very courteous. They cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. We are very happy with the way our windows look. We love the mini blinds that are in between the glass panes on our sliding door! Great look. No more vertical blinds to mess with. Since we don’t open many of our windows, we chose to purchase fixed or picture windows. They make a big difference especially if you want an unobstructed view! If you are thinking about replacing your windows we highly recommend Design Windows & Doors.

We were really pleased with our purchase of our much needed new windows. From the sales presentation to the measuring to the installation, everything was fantastic. Excellent Service (start to finish)
Our process began 11/27/18 with an estimate and ended with the install on 2/25/19. We replaced six windows, two sets of French doors, and a front door. One of the windows was an increase in size, to about double. The French doors became sliders. The process went: Sales (estimate), Financing (if needed), Final Measure Appoitntment, Order placed, Wait for manufacture of goods, schedule install, and then—install. Weather permitting—keep in mind no installs during rain/snow. I made sure to have water available for the installers and I tipped each of them at the end of the day. They were fast, courteous, clean, generally just really good people! In fact, all those who I encountered with Design Windows were good people! Very communicative. I wish I could post pictures.

Screens were put on wrong panel, no big deal, but not what we asked for. Installers first put doors opening wrong way but did correct it. They were polite, informative, prepared. Martha was amazing in her contact with us. We knew what to expect and the progress of our project at all times. Genesis and Richard were courteous and did a good job. We ended up with a problem with our security system as a result of replacing the door. We did not know and they did not seem to know that we could not disengage security system connection. We learned we have to pay for security company to reconnect. The two man crew respected our home and cleaned up behind themselves.

The performance was outstanding and follow through exceeded my expectations. You are assigned a key contact person after the sale. Martha was assigned to me. Martha was on top of my order every step of the way. Martha is fantastic. My sales contact was with Bill Grube. He explained the windows and the process. Everything he explained happened from start to finish. The gentleman were the very best. All were experienced, and well organized. I had 37 windows instralled. They were timely and had great people skills. The cleaned up after their work both inside and outside.

They did an excellent job
They arrived on time and I was amazed that they replaced 9 windows and 2 sliding doors in 6 hours. They always kept me informed where they were in processing my order. Mike was very thorough on what to expect. He said they should be done in one day but 6 hours was remarkable. Each member of the crew had their specific job. There was no down time. When one of the crew was done with his job he would clean up other crew members discardings. They did an excellent job in the cleaning process.
