The installer was very good and did a nice job. Everyone I dealt with at Design Windows and Doors was very helpful. Love my new door!!!

I had a new slider put in and the installer was ver good and courtesy. All the people I dealt with were very nice. Only thing not informed about was that wood trim was being used around trim of slider inside of house and needed to be painted.Other than that great job.

Our single pane windows from 1952 replaced with wonderful double pane windows. Amy was the one who called me and was so open and scheduled everything. Doors and windows are tricky to replace in old houses and I was concerned! Amy arranged a meeting for me with the owner who was very knowledgeable and he educated us. We did run into some issues with french doors, but it was taken care of no matter how many times it took the crew to pay us a visit. The windows and 2 doors were completed in 2 days! We have a mid century house with 35% windows of all shapes and weird sizes. Very pleased with the result! We did have few more estimates however we realized have we gone with any other company although they were less, but we surely would end up paying more due to change orders. Highly recommend Design Windows & Doors.

We are extremely happy with the installation. I will definitely recommend this company to others. I used to be a contractor and was impressed by the crew. This type of crews were hard to come by.
Great Experience
I had a great experience with Design Windows. JR was fantastic to work with and came back to my house 3 times before we settled on a design. My windows look beautiful and the installers were wonderful. They were in and out in one day and were super clean and courteous.

We had all our windows and two doors (19 total) replaced by Design Windows and Doors and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience! From the initial consultation with Bill to the installation of the very last window, DWD were complete pros. Pleasant to work with, excellent communication, on-time and on-schedule. We went with their financing option which was super easy and no hassle. The installers did a great job! and answered all our questions. Martha was our project manager and was super helpful getting everything ready for install and making sure it was delivered as promised. I look forward to working with them again to replace our interior doors :) I would highly recommend them!!
